We produce premium-quality rock oysters, grown in the pristine waters of Moreton Bay, Queensland - which was once the epicentre of the Australian oyster industry, before over-harvesting led to a collapse.
From our farms at the historic Dux Lease on South Stradbroke Island, we supply fresh oysters directly to restaurants, wholesalers, and retailers - harvested and delivered to order.
We welcome clients to visit our farms and experience the ocean-to-plate process firsthand, building transparency, connection, and pride in the produce.
